Electrical Construction Manager

MK Search have partnered with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of -400m and a strong presence delivering across sectors who are looking for an electrical-construction manager to join their team on a notable -65m M&E data centre they are delivering in partnership with a leading main contractor in High Wycombe.

Reporting to an electrical project manager, you will join the project from the very beginning of the project as part of a talented team to take control of the complex electrical-package through the delivery phase the PC.-

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the electrical-installation from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Manage site teams including supervisors, subcontractors, and specialist packages
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate closely with project managers, planners, and other disciplines (mechanical & CSA)-
• Drive programme, manage risk, and resolve on-site technical challenges
• Lead progress meetings and report into senior project leadership
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures

The project will run for circa 3 years and the company have a busy presence across the region with plan works for many years to come. Sign off to pay a very attractive salary or day rate.-
