Electrical Construction Manager

Location: Northolt, West London Sector: Major Infrastructure / MandE Start: November 2026 Employment Type: Permanent An experienced Electrical Construction Manager is required to join a leading MandE contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the site delivery of electrical packages, coordinating installation teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities on site. Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour. Plan and sequence electrical works against the construction programme. Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical information. Coordinate electrical installations with mechanical, civil and other disciplines. Monitor progress, productivity and quality. Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and relevant site documentation. Identify and resolve technical and installation issues. Attend progress and coordination meetings. Oversee testing, commissioning and snagging. Manage electrical works through to final handover and close-out. Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout delivery. Candidate Requirements Previous Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager experience. Strong electrical building services or infrastructure background.
