The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management , with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects as well as rail projects . Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee electrical works from pre-construction through to completion. Lead electrical site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate electrical installations with other trades and project teams. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Review drawings, specifications and technical information. Manage progress, programme and site coordination. Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety and electrical standards. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Oversee testing, commissioning and handover.
