Electrical Compliance Supervisor - Glasgow - Salary up to 45,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business delivering a high volume of domestic energy installations across Scotland. This is a hands-on technical and supervisory position, responsible for maintaining consistently high standards of electrical quality, compliance and safety across a busy installation programme. You will work closely with a small team of Compliance Inspectors, installation teams and site management, carrying out both remote and on-site inspections across Solar PV, battery storage, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Electrical Storage Heating installations. The role offers a genuine mix of technical, field and office-based responsibilities, including reviewing electrical certification and photographic evidence, supporting installers with technical queries, identifying quality issues and providing coaching and training to installation and inspection teams. There is also the opportunity for the successful candidate to become, or work towards becoming, a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor.
