This is a hands-on technical and supervisory position, responsible for maintaining consistently high standards of electrical quality, compliance and safety across a busy installation programme. You will work closely with a small team of Compliance Inspectors, installation teams and site management, carrying out both remote and on-site inspections across Solar PV, battery storage, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Electrical Storage Heating installations. The role offers a genuine mix of technical, field and office-based responsibilities, including reviewing electrical certification and photographic evidence, supporting installers with technical queries, identifying quality issues and providing coaching and training to installation and inspection teams.
