Electrical Compliance Manager - Housing Association - £350 - £450 per dayAbout the Company - Electrical Compliance Manager - Housing Association:Comuno Talent Partners is working with a local housing association to recruit an Interim Electrical Compliance Manager on a 6-9 month contract. As a key member of the Compliance team, the Compliance Manager will take responsibility for delivering a highly professional service that actively manages electrical and Lifting Equipment safety that ensures assets remain compliant with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.Duties - Electrical Compliance Manager - Housing Association:Maintain excellent knowledge of our electrical management systems and the continual development of the asset database and records will be expected to ensure full compliance.The role holder will support the Compliance Manager and contribute to policy and procedure setting, specification and process reviews and development of the overall service offer and will ensure that all programmes remain fully compliant at all stages. You will also lead on the management and delivery of compliance safety related works within the portfolio and ensure an effective programme of post inspections/audits of completed works and resolve technical queries.They will proactively pursue and lead on compliance processes improvements and use audit inspections, business intelligence data and reporting to drive improvements and provide greater levels of assurance.Effective ..... full job details .....
