Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Our client is a leading engineering and project services company who provide bespoke solutions across a number of marine related sectors. Due to recent projects won they now require an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join their busy North East facility. The Role Assist the Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer with all Electrical aspects of commissioning Implementation of the commissioning plan.Resolution of Electrical issues that may arise during the commissioning of equipment.Follow the Electrical aspect LOTO procedures.Record customer feedback on equipment performance, use this information to improve performance.Ensure all tasks are completed to safety management systems standards.Develop and maintain good working relationships between the company and client/site/supplier representatives. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, to ensure the progression and development of all team members. Participate in training and development programs as required.Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary equipment performance in accordance with project schedule requirements. The Person Have a broad scope of electrical engineering knowledge and practices.Be able to complete hands on tasks where qualified and required.Commitment to continuous improvement, personal/departmental and company.Time served electrical engineering background.Basic Hydraulic /Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.Be able to read and ..... full job details .....
