Building Services Manager Electrical Location: Cardiff, South Wales Project Value: Approx. £300m Sector: Major Construction Project Sphere Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join a major construction scheme in Cardiff, with a project value of approximately £300m. This is an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased building services professional to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of electrical services on a substantial construction project. Working alongside the wider project delivery team, you will oversee electrical installation activities, coordinate specialist contractors and ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with the construction programme. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the electrical building services package throughout the construction phase. Oversee electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements. Coordinate electrical subcontractors, specialist contractors and installation teams. Liaise with project management, design and commercial teams to resolve technical and installation issues. Review electrical drawings, technical submissions and installation details. Monitor progress, quality and productivity against the agreed construction programme.
