Electrical Build Manager

Due to an increase in workloads Veny are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Build Manager based out of our head office in Haslingden. Duties: Client manager for Electrical works, first point of contact for clients maintaining a good healthy relationship, attending client calls and keeping them updated on progress Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, requisition sheets and budget. Producing job specific RAMS and POW''s. Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress. Manage the Electrical coordinator and Site teams to ensure smooth delivery of installs. Responsible for early warning process is administered working closely with clients. Liaise with client to resolve site issues which may cause delays or additional costs and submit and agree any variations needed to cover any additional works. Manage and monitor poor performance within the Electrical team. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Recognising business opportunities. Monitoring/approving weekly timesheets, expenses and holiday requests Approving sub-contractor, material/plant invoices and querying if/when needed. Attend pre-start meetings on site as and when required. Support the electrical teams with any technical or general issues whilst on site Approve HOPs and Certs.
