This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general MandE maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business and friendly team. Key ResponsibilitiesService and maintain BMS front-end systemsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plantDiagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systemsUndertake general MandE maintenance tasks, including:Emergency lighting testsSome Fabric tasks Water temperature monitoringAHU and FCU maintenanceMinor plumbing repairsReactive maintenanceProvide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationshipsRequirementsLevel 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance18th Edition Wiring RegulationsProven experience in PPM, fault finding, and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComputer literacy (experience with Job Logic advantageous)Based within a commutable distance of LondonBenefitsCompetitive salary up to 45,000 (DOE), 25 days Holiday + BH + PackagePermanent, stable position within a supportive and ..... full job details .....
