      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;37089 - &amp;pound;41520/annum | Type: Permanent | Do you have strong industry experience in electrical installation and a passion for developing the next generation of electricians?   This is a great opportunity to work with apprentices in the workplace, supporting them to develop their skills, achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers. You’ll play a key role in assessing competence, providing feedback and ensuring learners meet industry standards.   What you’ll do:   • Assess apprentices in the workplace against qualification standards • Support learners to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours • Provide clear, constructive feedback to support progress • Monitor and track learner progress, ensuring timely achievement • Work closely with employers to support apprentice development • Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation • Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality standards   What we’re looking for:   • Industry experience in electrical installation • A relevant electrical qualification (Level 3 or above) • An assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one) • Strong communication and organisational skills • Ability to build effective relationships with learners and emplo...</description>
