What You''ll Do:
As an Electrical Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Hand Assembly: Skilfully assembling products to ensure a high-quality finished result.
• Hand Soldering: Utilising your expertise to hand solder PCB boards with precision.
• Finishing Touches: Applying finishing techniques using supplied equipment and materials.
• Quality Inspection: Inspecting products to guarantee they meet high specifications.
• Inscribing: Performing hand inscribing where necessary to enhance the final product.

What We''re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following experience, skills, and abilities:

• Team Player: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a large production team.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and external parties effectively.
• Soldering Experience: Previous experience with hand soldering in electronics is essential.
• Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle delicate parts competently.
