As a Electrical Assembler, you will benefit from:

• 4-day working week, giving you a long weekend every week

• Flexible start and finish times to support public transport users
• Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays at 1.5x, and Sundays at 2x

As a Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Working in a flow-line production environment assembling electrical products
• Completing fine soldering on PCB boards, wires and electronic components
• Building, testing and packing joystick and control assemblies
• Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
• Using mechanical hand tools to complete accurate, repeatable builds
• Maintaining high quality, safety and productivity standards

As a Electrical Assembler, your experience will include:

• Strong soldering skills as a primary requirement, particularly on PCB assemblies
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Confidence using mechanical hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers and cutters
• Experience within an electrical or electromechanical assembly environment
• Comfort working with repetitive and routine tasks
• Basic IT skills for clock-in and production systems
