About the Role
The Electrical Assembler position based in Egham offers a temporary contract at £12.95 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:30. This role involves supporting the production team by assembling and producing PCBAs containing 20–30 components per board. We are currently looking for a skilled electrical assembler to join a warm and friendly team based in Egham. The role will be supporting the production team with producing PCBA’s with 20-30 components.
Duties include:
- Soldering electronic components to a high standard.
- Assembling and producing PCBAs containing approximately 20–30 components per board.
- Performing through-hole soldering in accordance with quality and production requirements.
- Inspecting completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions/schematic drawings
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or similar role
- To have own transport as public transport links are very limited
- Previous experience soldering/crimping/wiring
- Good understanding of production processes.
