Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

Hexagon Recruitment are looking for an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer for our client who is an established manufacturer based in Runcorn:

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RUNCORN

£40,000 per annum (flexible depending upon experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• The role is Electrical 75% / Mechanical 25%
• Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment
• Performing electrical and mechanical calculations and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Dealing with breakdowns (asked to stay behind and paid overtime)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day
• Must be available for overtime and emergency call-outs
• Any hours worked above contracted 40 hours per week paid at time + half
• Call outs on Sunday (day or night) paid at double time
• Minimum call out pay of 4 hours
