Electrical and MandE Compliance Manager

£56,456 - £63,433 per annum, dependent on experience Full-time - 35 hours per week South East London - Hybrid Hexagon is an innovative and responsive housing association working in partnership with a range of local authorities to meet housing needs across Southeast London. We are looking for an experienced resident-focused individual to lead on the management of electrical, lifts and MandE systems across Hexagon. You will ensure we are fully compliant with all statutory obligations and ensure that resident safety is at the heart of service delivery. You will have substantial experience of managing electrical, lift and MandE services and contactor and contract management. You will have a good understanding of legal processes in relation to compliance activity and a working knowledge of Health and Safety, CDM and Electrical Safe Systems of work.
