Electrical Assembler Location: Sudbury, Suffolk Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 17:00 (Four-day working week) Salary: 14.00 - 16.50+ per hour (DOE) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Stonetech Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Sudbury to recruit an Electrical Assembler. The Role As an Electrical Assembler, you''ll be responsible for assembling, wiring and testing electrical control panels to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels, cabinets and enclosures to engineering specifications. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Install and wire components including PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers and terminal blocks. Carry out cable preparation, crimping, stripping and termination. Complete point-to-point and continuity testing to ensure quality and functionality. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area while following health and safety procedures.
