Our client, a reputable main dealership based in Warwick, is looking to appoint a dedicated Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician to join their busy and modern workshop. This is an excellent chance to work within a professional environment utilising the latest automotive technology, including EV systems, with genuine opportunities for training and career development.

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary between £30,000 and £38,000 (dependent on experience)
• Bonus scheme designed to increase overall earnings
• Monday to Friday working pattern, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday mornings, 9:00am – 12:00pm
• Modern workshop equipped with latest diagnostic and EV technology

Duties of the Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician:

• Perform diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, following safety and manufacturer guidelines
• Assist fellow technicians in a team-oriented workshop environment as an Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician
• Accurately complete job records and maintain documentation
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and dealership policies
• Keep abreast of evolving vehicle technologies, including EV systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician within a busy dealership or workshop
• Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• EV qualification (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• High attention to detail and a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
