Our Elders Programme supports older people across Battersea and Wandsworth to live active and independent lives, improve their health and wellbeing, and build connections within their community. The programme includes our Core Services, which provide additional support for members with greater support needs, alongside Age Well, Digital Inclusion and Income Maximisation.
