An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Water Environment Specialist to join a growing consultancy based in Cardiff.

This is a technical-focused position, ideal for someone with strong experience in water environment EIAs who enjoys technical authoring and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing water environment EIA chapters
• Providing technical expertise across hydrology and hydrogeology
• Supporting and mentoring junior specialists
• Contributing to complex environmental projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience within water environment / EIA consultancy
• Experience writing and defending technical EIA chapters
• Knowledge of hydrology and/or hydrogeology
• Chartered status with CIWEM, ICE, Geological Society or similar, or working towards this at a senior level
