EHS SpecialistDuration: 12-18 Month Fixed Term ContractSalary: 50,000Location: CoventryWe are seeking a dedicated EHS Specialist to support the ongoing development and implementation of safety and environmental programmes at a busy site within the manufacturing sector. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with legislation and ISO standards while fostering a safety-first culture.Key Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and enhancing the Health, Safety, and Environmental management system, including ISO14001/45001 accreditationEnsure the business remains compliant with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislationDevelop, implement, and update Health and Safety and Environmental procedures, manuals, and safe systems of workSupport incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits to drive continuous improvementSkills and Qualifications:NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental managementProven experience in managing ISO 14001/45001 systems and legal complianceStrong knowledge of EHS directives and safety management in an engineering or manufacturing setting For more information or to apply, please contact Matthew Burton at or call (phone number removed).Irwin and Colton are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, based in the South East of England.
