This role offers excellent job security, strong leadership backing, and a great work-life balance with an early finish every Friday.What''s on OfferSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 DOEWorking Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00am-5:00pm Fri 7:30am-12:30pm (Early Finish)Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance (2x salary), and EAPKey ResponsibilitiesPromote site HSE compliance with current UK legislation and maintain management systems.Carry out routine workplace inspections, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments.Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with root-cause reporting and corrective actions.Coordinate fire safety, emergency response plans, and site evacuation drills.Chair internal HandS committee meetings and deliver employee onboarding inductions.Track and report HSE KPIs and metrics to management and regulatory bodies.Skills and ExperienceBackground as an EHS Officer, HSE Advisor, or Health and Safety Officer.Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace environments.Strong knowledge of UK HandS legislation, risk assessments, and ..... full job details .....
