Influencing, coaching and supporting managers, supervisors and frontline teams to embed a proactive and positive safety culture.Leading EHS programmes including contractor management, machinery safety, behavioural safety, incident investigation, audits, inspections and reporting processes.Supporting capital investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives, whilst acting as the site''s primary point of contact for EHS matters.
