An opportunity has arisen for an experienced EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health and Safety function, driving a positive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the business''s long-term strategic objectives.The EHS Manager will be responsible for: Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health and Safety strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Managing and enhancing EHS management systems, including ISO 14001 compliance, performance monitoring, auditing activities, risk management programmes and statutory inspections.Acting as the company''s subject matter expert for all EHandS matters, liaising with regulatory bodies, external agencies and senior leadership to maintain best practice and legal compliance.Driving a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, training, incident investigation, continuous improvement initiatives and the leadership and development of the EHS Officer.
