Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop site-wide EHS programmes and initiativesPromote and strengthen a positive EHS culture across operationsEnsure compliance with UK HSE legislation and internal standardsManage audits, inspections and corrective actionsOversee contractor safety and permit-to-work processesLead incident investigations and injury reduction programmesSupport emergency preparedness and business continuity planningDrive environmental compliance relating to waste, emissions and permitsProvide EHS guidance to operational, engineering and leadership teamsIdeal Background5+ years'' experience within EHS, HSE, SHE or Health and Safety rolesExperience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, utilities, energy or other industrial environmentsStrong understanding of UK Health and Safety legislationKnowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standardsNEBOSH qualification preferredPrevious leadership or management experience beneficialPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
