In this role, you will lead EHS initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices. Responsibilities:Lead and implement workplace safety and environmental programs to reduce risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with teams across departments to integrate safety practices into daily operations. Develop and mentor EHS staff to strengthen technical and leadership skills. Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. Manage audits, inspections, and compliance reporting for environmental and safety standards. Oversee security operations, including access control and emergency response. Maintain accurate records for waste management, energy tracking, and legal compliance submissions.
