The work on site is precision manufacturing work with different processes to produce their finished product.EHS Manager background needed: To be well versed in EHS incident reporting, Metric targets and data submission (monthly and quarterly, etc.)Responsible for directing incident investigations identifying root causes of EHS Incidents and executing sustainable corrective actions.Actively Promote EHS AwarenessActively apply self-verification process and report deviationsEstablish a culture that is aligned with EHS goals and objectives, with continuous EHS improvementsResponsible for driving processes that will result in a reduction of accidents and injuries, and the identification of potential hazards present in the workplace.Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating EHS compliance activities (including insurances recommendations) through functional teamsManage and order workwear for direct employees.Key Tasks and Personal background needed from the EHS Manager: In-depth knowledge of all Health and Safety regulatory Standards, plus a working knowledge ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Health and Safety role with experience at functional management levelLiaises and presents information to other team members, other teams and senior management as required.Be able to analyse EHS risks and implement action plans.Be able to make ..... full job details .....
