This is a senior opportunity to lead Environmental, Health & Safety across a large-scale data centre campus, working closely with the project leadership team, contractors and client to maintain the highest EHS standards. Key Responsibilities Lead EHS strategy and delivery across the data centre campus. Manage and develop the EHS team and site safety culture. Ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements and project EHS standards. Oversee risk assessments, method statements, permits and safe systems of work. Lead site inspections, audits, investigations and corrective actions. Monitor contractor and subcontractor EHS performance. Develop and deliver EHS training, toolbox talks and safety campaigns. Track EHS KPIs, trends and performance and provide regular reporting. Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers and client representatives.
