EHS Advisor - Specialist Contractor - Greater London/South (Hybrid)

GDS Partners are recruiting an EHS Advisor on behalf of a leading Specialist Contractor for a permanent position covering Greater London and the South of England.

About the Role
? Hybrid role covering Greater London & the South
? Regular site visits per month plus regular visits to the Southern Head Office
? £60,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package (DOE)
? Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
? Permanent position with genuine career progression

Main Duties
�� Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance checks across multiple projects.
�� Review RAMS and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
�� Support Project and Site Managers with day-to-day EHS matters.
�� Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
�� Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
�� Produce reports and promote continuous improvement across all sites.

Requirements
?? NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
?? Previous Health & Safety experience within construction.
?? Experience with a Specialist Contractor, Subcontractor, or Principal Contractor is advantageous.
?? Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
?? Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
