The Role As an EHS Advisor, you ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing the company s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support both strategic development and day-to-day operational implementation of health, safety, and ergonomic initiatives, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation and international standards such as ISO45001 and ISO14001. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of site-wide HSE strategy Lead HandS risk management programmes and audits Drive behavioural safety and accident reduction initiatives Conduct ergonomic risk assessments aligned with occupational health goals Maintain and improve ISO45001 and ISO14001 certification standards Deliver internal training and lead safety learning programmes Track safety and ergonomics data in line with corporate requirements Coordinate with external certification bodies and regulatory ..... full job details .....
