THE ROLE: As an EHS Advisor you will be required to:Provide expert Environmental, Health and Safety support and guidance to employees, managers and site leadership teams.Maintain and develop EHS management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Conduct internal audits and support the preparation and delivery of external audits and regulatory inspections.Deliver EHS training, including new starter inductions and safety related trainingLead and support incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented.Promote a positive safety culture through regular shop floor engagement, EHS walks and employee involvement initiatives.Monitor safety performance, track improvement actions and prepare monthly EHS reports and committee meetings.Provide guidance on risk assessments, COSHH assessments, PUWER compliance and other ..... full job details .....
