BHsSubsidised canteenIncrementally increasing Company Sick payAbout the EHS Advisor job Support implementation and continual improvement of the integrated EHS management systemEnsure compliance with UK legislationAssist with audits and close-out of corrective actionsMaintain key documentation (compliance register, aspects and impacts, risk assessments)Deliver and coordinate EHS training, inductions, and toolbox talksMaintain training matrix and competency recordsDevelop and maintain EHS procedures and safe systems of workManage document control and support risk assessments/RAMSReview procedures following incidents, audits, or changesLead Sustainability Team and environmental initiativesDrive improvements in waste, energy, and resource efficiencyMonitor environmental performance and ensure regulatory complianceConduct inspections, audits, and risk/COSHH assessmentsInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsThe right EHS Advisor candidatePrevious experience in a EHS role within a manufacturing environmentComprehensive working knowledge of UK regulatory requirements, developing risk assessments and SSOWProven background of incident management and root cause analysisAnalytical problem solving skillsAbility to ..... full job details .....
