EHS Advisor

The role: Provide practical EHS advice, coaching and support to operational teams, helping ensure safe and compliant working practices.Support the delivery of the site EHS plan and continuous improvement programmes focused on reducing risk and improving performance.Lead or support incident investigations, audits, inspections and behavioral safety activities.Assist with emergency planning arrangements and support COMAH compliance requirements across the site.Develop and promote Safe Systems of Work, including permit-to-work and high-risk activity controls.Deliver EHS training and collaborate with leaders, contractors and employees to strengthen safety culture. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: NEBOSH Certificate with progress towards a Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.Experience in an industrial, engineering or process-manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, COMAH, COSHH and environmental permitting requirements.Qualified auditor with experience supporting management system compliance and ..... full job details .....
