Together, we undertake strategic litigation to secure justice and accountability. EHRAC has taken over 300 cases to the European Court of Human Rights and UN mechanisms and have won many landmark judgments. EHRAC''s cases focus on issues arising from conflict and security force operations; the repression of civil society and restrictions on democratic accountability; and discrimination issues including gender-based violence and LGBTQI+ discrimination. EHRAC litigates in close partnership with domestic NGOs and lawyers, through a unique and sustained partnership model of collaboration and support.
