EHCP Mentor Support Young People to Achieve Their Individual GoalsWe''re looking for an EHCP Mentor to support children and young people across West Sussex through personalised 1:1 mentoring.Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll support learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) who require alternative provision or additional support outside of mainstream education.
