EHCP Mentor Help Young People Achieve Their PotentialWe''re looking for EHCP Mentors to support children and young people across Wiltshire through personalised 1:1 mentoring.Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll support learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) who require alternative provision or additional support outside of mainstream education.
