Start Date: October 2025 andndash; December 2025 but for the right candidate would continue indefinitely.

Weandrsquo;re looking for a committed professional to join our outstanding team at a respected further education college near Winchester. This part-time role (Monday to Wednesday) offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a setting known for its excellence and inclusive ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of students with additional learning needs, with or without EHCPs
- Lead transition planning by liaising with schools, SENCOs, students, and families
- Coordinate site visits, interviews, and orientation activities
- Assess and apply for exam access arrangements and risk assessments
- Develop and review bespoke support plans and crisis management strategies
- Collaborate with Careers and teaching teams to support work experience and progression
- Provide in-class support, note-taking, personal care, and mobility assistance when needed
- Chair EHCP reviews and ensure documentation meets statutory requirements
- Maintain strong communication with families, staff, and external professionals
- Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice across the College
- Experience working with EHCPs and supporting students with additional needs
- A proactive, compassionate approach to individualised support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in leading meetings, writing reports, and setting SMART targets
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
