You will To achieve this the post holder will require a high level of professionalism, communication and personal skills. A background in SEND support and extensive knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice is essential. You will also have a level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy and hold a specialist qualification in a relevant subject area, or be willing to work towards.
