About the Role:
We are partnering with a forward-thinking and inclusive school that is seeking a dedicated EHCP Co-ordinator to join their team. This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of EHCPs, ensuring timely assessments, maintaining strong communication with parents, teachers and supporting the school''s SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the EHCP process from referral to review, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with families, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all EHCP cases
• Support staff in understanding and implementing EHCP requirements
• Promote best practices in SEND support within the school environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in SEND coordination, ideally within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of the EHCP framework and SEND legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals
