This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about ensuring young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and High Needs receive the right support to thrive in their education. Acting as Lead Professional, you will manage a caseload of students, coordinating the EHCP Annual Review process from start to finish and ensuring every student has the bespoke support they need to succeed. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and chair the EHCP Annual Review process for an assigned caseload, ensuring all statutory deadlines, legal frameworks, and quality standards are consistently met Gather input from students, parents, and staff ahead of reviews, and complete post-review documentation within required timeframes Ensure appropriate, individual support plans are established for EHCP students within 6 weeks of starting their programme Liaise closely with external professionals - including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists...
