A specialist SEN school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team.

As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students'' individual EHCP targets and needs.
  Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
  * Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  * Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students receive appropriate support in line with their EHCPs.
  * Observe and monitor students'' progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement throughout the school day.

  * Pay: -93110 per day
  * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  * Contract: Full-time
