EHCP Teaching Assistant - Bicester

A Secondary SEN School in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring EHCP Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.

As an EHCP Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support in line with students'' individual EHCP targets and needs.
• Support students with learning, communication, confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Help students access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure EHCP strategies and support are implemented consistently.
• Monitor and record students'' progress towards their individual targets.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
