The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: EHCP coordination and annual reviews Coordinate the EHCP process across all relevant areas of the College, including Foundation Learning. Plan, prepare and manage the annual EHCP review cycle, including preparing paperwork, gathering evidence and arranging review meetings. Ensure EHCP information, outcomes and agreed support arrangements are accurately recorded and shared appropriately with relevant teaching and support staff. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of students’ EHCPs, annual review dates, key contacts and actions.
