Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plansDraft and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to a high standardCoordinate and lead Annual ReviewsWork collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency professionalsEnsure compliance with statutory SEND processes and timelinesRequirementsProven experience working as an EHC / EHCP Caseworker within a Local AuthorityStrong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processesDemonstrable experience producing EHCPs end-to-endExperience chairing or managing Annual ReviewsAbility to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervisionWorking ArrangementsHybrid/agile working modelOffice attendance required 2 days per week (Monday and Thursday)Remaining days worked remotely Contract
