Our client, based in Barking and Dagenham, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated EHC Coordinator to join their dynamic Education team on a temporary basis! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the statutory process for Education, Health, and Care (EHC) needs assessments for children and young people aged 0-25. Ensure timely delivery of EHC Plans, working collaboratively with children, families, and professionals. Manage a caseload, ensuring appropriate support, resources, and placements are in place. Facilitate multi-agency meetings and provide written briefs for EHC panels. Support the annual review process and attend key meetings to advocate for service users.
