This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled caseworker with strong SEND experience to support children and young people through high-quality Education, Health and Care (EHC) planning and coordination.   Contract Details:   Job title: EHC Coordinator  * Location: Perceval House, Ealing  * Hybrid - once a week in the office / flexible  * Temporary assignment for 3 months  * Working full time, 35 hours per week Monday - Friday  * -300 per day umbrella   About the Role:   As an EHC Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating education, health and care services for children and young people with SEND.
