Gecko Travel Recruitment-are delighted to be working with a fantastic school travel company who specialise in educational tours, ski trips and group travel experiences. They are looking for an experienced-Educational Travel-Account Manager-to join their growing sales team.

The Role:

As an-Educational Travel-Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing a portfolio of school and educational travel clients. You will build long-term relationships with schools, drive repeat business and referrals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every trip is delivered seamlessly from enquiry through to travel.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience in account management, sales or client relationship management within school travel, tourism or education.

• Experience managing customer accounts and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process

• Strong sales and objection-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Experience working with CRM and reservation systems

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage with schools, teachers and group leaders

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work within margin guidelines

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities

• A genuine passion for travel and creating exceptional group travel experiences

• A full UK driving licence
