      <description>Location: Lewisham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Educational Psychologists required to join ASAP£600 umbrellaASAP Start Key Responsibilities   Assessments: Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify learning difficulties, neurodivergence (like autism or ADHD), and emotional barriers.      Consultations: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multi-agency professionals (such as speech therapists and social workers) to develop practical intervention strategies.      Interventions and Support: Design and deliver programs focusing on mental well-being, trauma-informed practices, and behavioral support.      Statutory Work: Contribute to Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans and statutory assessments.      Training and Research: Provide training workshops for school staff and parents, and conduct applied research to improve systemic inclusion.</description>
