      <description>Location: Surrey | Salary: 600.00-600.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | Job PurposeTo apply psychological theory, research and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0-25. Working collaboratively with families, schools, early years settings, colleges and multi-agency partners, the Educational Psychologist supports inclusion, learning, emotional wellbeing and positive development, ensuring children and young people achieve their potential.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake psychological assessments of children and young people experiencing learning, developmental, behavioural, social or emotional difficulties.Prepare clear, evidence-based psychological advice for Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessments and Annual Reviews in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice.Deliver consultations with parents, carers, schools and other professionals to identify strengths, needs and appropriate interventions.Design and implement evidence-based interventions to support learning, behaviour, mental health and wellbeing.Provide advice and training to schools, educational settings and partner agencies on inclusive practice, child development and psychological approaches.Work collaborat...</description>
