Job Title: Educational Developer Location: Central London (Hybrid) Contract Length: 3 months Hourly Rate: £31.87 Our client, a prestigious institution in the heart of London, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Developer to join their dynamic Educational Development team within the Academy for Learning and Teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing learning, teaching, and assessment across the university. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to support innovative educational development initiatives. Facilitate the internal Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programme, including: Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging staff development workshops and events. Provide expert guidance on learning, teaching, and assessment methodologies. Develop comprehensive resources and guidance materials to support staff. Contribute to institutional projects and quality enhancement activities, ensuring best practises in education. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in educational development within Higher Education settings. Strong knowledge of learning, teaching, and assessment practises. Demonstrated experience in supporting Advance HE Routes to Fellowship programmes. Essential: Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Why Consider This Opportunity?
